Cancellations Policy
I love my clients and our loyalty! If within reasons we are running late please remember to call, email, or text! Cancellations that are made within a 24 hour notice are much appreciated!
No- shows are subjected to a fee of $75.
Refunds Policy
Most skincare, haircare and cosmetic products are exchangeable, but nonrefundable. With exception on any defects in packaging or products and allergic reactions. Unfortunately, there are absolutely no refunds on injectables and gift certificates.
If for some reason you are not able to use un-rendered, pre-paid treatment package or service, (excluding injections) you may exchange the unused portion toward other services.
Clients who have purchased services from third parties (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.) please check the third party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms and conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, Beautiful By Nahla cannot refund purchases made via a third party.
